CommSys Completes Install of ConnectCIC™ Ohio
LEADS Converter for Stow P.D. – CommSys’s LEADS Converter module, part of the ConnectCIC™ family of
state interface software, was successfully installed at the Stow (Ohio) Police
Department. Stow P.D. current CAD system is AS/400 based and was unable without
significant changes utilize the next generation LEADS II server to server
communications protocol. CommSys’s LEADS converter module allows the AS/400 to
continue to use the older two socket protocol to communicate, while the
converter uses the newer single socket solution.
